Q: What is the earliest and latest you can cover a job?

A: No job is ever too early or too late. Just let us know where and when to show up and we’ll be there, whether it’s 6am or 11pm.

Q: How fast do you turn around transcripts?

A: Your transcript is delivered when you need it.

Q: Do you charge for travel?

A: We have a network of nationwide court reporters so we very rarely have to charge for travel.

Q: Can you cover our trial even if it’s on weekends and requires daily copy?

A: Yes! We recently covered a celebrity trial that required daily copy for five months. We always deliver what you need to make your job a success.

Q: Can I get a keyword index with my transcript?

A: Yes! Not only do you get a keyword index with every transcript, but it comes at no extra cost to you.

Q: If I realize I need a court reporter late at night for the next morning, can I call you?

A: Yes. We know that schedule changes happen, and we’re always available.

Q: What happens if I have a depo scheduled, but need to cancel?

A: You can cancel up to 2 hours prior to your job with no cancellation fee.
